by the glow of the monitor...

I think I'm getting sick. Woke up with a sore throat and popping ears... almost fluish feeling, too. bleargh. canadadrugstop.com

I swear, I kept a certain radius from him yesterday. Guess I caught it anyways... I've always had a crappy immune system.

I guess I should bust out the Tylenol Cold or something. What are your cold remedies, or how do you fight off your pending illnesses?

It's going around... something... elusive.

Two things:

1) Zinc tablets - They seem to help the symptoms a bit.
2) Hot sake - The heat and alcohol always do a good job clearing the head.

vitamin C

it's a boost to your immune system...especially if you kill 4 tablets and blast the germs with courtney power!

lots and lots and lots of fluids.

Lots of fluids, lots of sleep, more sleep, and Tylenol cold or Tylenol flu. And blame it all on Chris. He deserves it. ;)

WAIT! Could Gretchen be a carrier without even knowing it? She was around Chris, you spent the day with her yesterday ... maybe that's the common link?

last year a friend recommended yin chiao. you down a *lot* of the stuff when you first start to feel a little tweak of sickness and it theoretically makes it all go away before it can get really bad ...

i *think* it worked pretty well for me. i never got really sick, and always sort of felt better after taking it . but ymmv ...

rest... vitamins and other usual stuff

btw, did you hear? there's a mysterious virus walking around asia... -shudder- somes out like a light fever then it kicks back.

I rarely get sick, well I'm not counting hangovers but I'm even not getting too many of them these days. Drinking lots and lots of fluids makes a great deal of sense and so does the rest part though.

Lots of black Peet's coff-ay. Kill off all the bugs where they stand.

now *THAT* is good advice, Tom ;)

Just a slice of lemon in hot water!

It's not a mysterious virus. It's a pneumonia mutation.

Minor tip: don't share anyone's food, drinks, or lipsticks. Don't get really close to anyone's face and wash your hands often.

And enclose yourself in a plastic bubble, only eat things that are too nasty to contain bugs, like Pre-packaged soy and Jack-In-The Box pitas. Don't breathe, or get in the sunlight either, just to be safe.
